Getting started
What is Dyraja and who is it for?
+
Dyraja is a verified B2B marketplace connecting manufacturers and distributors in India, Kenya, and Vietnam with buyers and e-sellers in North America and the EU. It's built for suppliers who are serious about exporting, who have the capacity, the documentation, and the standards to meet what US and EU buyers actually need. If that's you, Dyraja is designed to put you in front of the right buyers without the noise.
How much does it cost to list on Dyraja?
+
Supplier listings are $20–$50 per year. That covers your verified profile, product listings, and access to the Dyraja buyer network. We deliberately keep this low because we want serious suppliers on the platform, not a revenue model built on listing fees.
Do I need to have a website?
+
Not to join Dyraja. However, if you plan to sell on Amazon or Walmart, both platforms use website presence as part of their supplier verification process. We offer domain and hosting packages specifically for this, so you can get a professional web presence as part of joining Dyraja, without needing to figure it out separately.
Verification
What does the verification process involve?
+
Our local team in your country will reach out after you apply. The process typically involves a facility visit or assessment, a review of your existing certifications and documentation, and a conversation about your production capacity and export experience. We're not looking for perfection, we're looking for suppliers who are genuine, capable, and committed to meeting buyer standards.
How long does verification take?
+
It varies by location and current demand, but typically 2–4 weeks from application. Early applicants get priority. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, you won't be left waiting without knowing where things stand.
What if I don't have all the certifications buyers require?
+
That's common and not necessarily a barrier. Our team will tell you exactly what's missing and what the path to getting it looks like. In some cases we can help you get there, that's part of what the on-the-ground team does. The goal is to get you ready for the market, not to turn you away for not already being there.
What happens after I'm verified?
+
Your supplier profile goes live on the platform with your Dyraja Verified badge, certifications, product listings, and capacity information. Buyers can find you through search and browse, and our team actively matches you with buyers who are sourcing products in your categories. You control which conversations you pursue.
Buyers & matching
How do buyers find me?
+
Through search, category browsing, and Dyraja-managed matching. When a buyer submits a sourcing request for products in your category, our team matches them with verified suppliers who fit. You don't need to find buyers, they come to you through the platform. Your verification status and profile quality directly affect how prominently you appear in results.
Are buyers on Dyraja verified too?
+
Yes. Buyers go through a verification process that checks business registration, active storefronts or online store links, and purchase history on the platform. Buyers display trust badges based on their verification level, so you can see at a glance how established a buyer is before deciding whether to engage with them.
Do I have to respond to every inquiry?
+
No. You control who you engage with. Dyraja handles the initial matching and screens buyers before they can contact you, so inquiries that reach you are already filtered for seriousness. You decide which conversations to pursue and at what pace.
What markets do Dyraja buyers sell into?
+
Dyraja buyers are e-sellers and wholesale buyers operating in North America (primarily the US) and the European Union. Many sell on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. This means buyers are looking for products that can meet US and EU regulatory requirements, which is exactly why our compliance support and your verified documentation matter so much.
Payments & logistics
When do I get paid?
+
Dyraja processes transactions between buyers and suppliers. Payment terms are agreed between you and the buyer and are visible on your product listing. We're building an escrow system so both parties have protection, funds are held securely and released when the buyer confirms receipt. That system is on our near-term roadmap and we'll communicate the timeline as we get closer to launch.
What currencies does Dyraja support?
+
We're finalizing payment processing setup ahead of launch. We'll confirm supported currencies before the platform opens, if this is important to your planning,
join the waitlist and we'll keep you updated directly.
Does Dyraja handle shipping and logistics?
+
Not directly. Dyraja is a sourcing and verification platform. Shipping arrangements are agreed between you and the buyer. Our on-the-ground team can assist with pre-shipment QC and documentation to make sure goods are ready to ship correctly, but the logistics relationship is between you and your freight forwarder or carrier.
