Our on-the-ground teams physically visit supplier facilities in India, Kenya, and Vietnam. They assess operations, review certifications, confirm production capacity, and check that documentation meets buyer and platform requirements. No supplier appears on Dyraja without passing that assessment. The verification date and key findings are visible on every supplier profile.

This is exactly why we built our on-the-ground add-on services. Pre-shipment QC inspections and production spot checks exist to catch problems before goods leave the supplier. If you're on a paid plan these are either included or available at member rates. We're also building an escrow payment system so funds are only released once you confirm receipt, that's on our near-term roadmap.

It flags required labels, certifications, registrations, and platform-specific rules based on your product category and destination. It's free with your Dyraja account. Most sellers discover compliance issues after a shipment is rejected or a listing is pulled, we'd rather you know before you order.
